Applications are now open for New Rochelle Forward, a local and minority-focused vocational training program presented by the City of New Rochelle and Soulful Synergy. It’s a great opportunity to obtain hands-on training and job placement, work with a network of partners offering supportive services, and receive certifications. The program is open to residents of New Rochelle and surrounding areas who are 18 or older.
