Say hello to Vianney Godinez, the “Mayor” at our annual Civics Day, sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle. Vianney is the 2023 Youth of the Year and is looking ahead to a career in either law or nursing. She is also the first (but hopefully not the last!) woman to sit behind the Mayor’s desk at City Hall. A true pleasure to welcome her, as well as the other participants in Civics Day, who assumed the roles of various City and School officials.
