Yesterday, New Rochelle broke ground on a renovated Anderson Plaza (between North Avenue and New Roc) that will will include bubbler play fountains, new seating options, refreshed landscaping, and a café building.  The design reflects the City’s commitment to pedestrian-friendly urban planning, and will be usable as outdoor event space for farmers markets, festivals, and live performances..
