New Rochelle is launching a “Vaccine Referral Rewards” program that encourages residents to refer their family, friends, neighbors, coworkers and others in their personal network to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Referrers win a $100 Visa gift card for every 3 people that they refer who successfully complete their vaccinations. Funding is courtesy of our master developers at RXR Realty.
Encouragement from a friend, colleague, or neighbor can be far more persuasive than official public communication. Through this program, we can enlist and reward trusted messengers throughout our community to promote public health, save lives, and achieve a full recovery from the COVID pandemic.
