Today’s Washington Post highlights New Rochelle’s federal grant for the LINC project as one example of the new transportation priorities in Washington, DC under President Biden and Secretary Buttigieg. I am grateful that decision-makers in the Administration recognize the enormous value of initiatives like the LINC, which can have such a positive, transformative impact on communities.
