The pandemic slowed down New Rochelle’s DRI procress a bit, but we’re now back on track, poised to make historic investments aimed at enhancing the Lincoln Avenue corridor and providing better connections to our downtown. In the weeks ahead, survey teams and drones will be taking a closer look at neighborhood conditions, including traffic patterns, signal timing, road geometry, and so forth. Look for much more activity and robust community engagement a little later this year.
