New Rochelle will participate in a nationwide COVID memorial today at 5:30pm. City Hall will be illuminated, and houses of worship across all faiths have been invited to participate by ringing bells. Let’s all take a moment this afternoon to join together in spirit, reflect on the painful loss of friends, neighbors, and loved ones who have succumbed to COVID-19, and recommit ourselves to overcoming this crisis in 2021.
