New Rochelle and the Mid-Hudson region enter Phase II of the reopening process today, allowing most in-store retail, barbershops and hair salons, professional services, and offices to resume operations. Outdoor dining is also permitted. All businesses must have a safety plan, and face masks and physical distancing remain essential. For details, visit forward.ny.gov.
Local businesses have carried a heavy burden in recent months, with many struggling through this unprecedented challenge. They deserve our patronage now, so please make a point of supporting businesses in New Rochelle, even as we continue to act responsibly to prevent the spread of the virus.
