The Montefiore team receives gift cards from Esther Vacca
It was an honor yesterday morning to stand with health care workers at Montefiore New Rochelle, as they received 430 gift cards from Esther Vacca, who raised $15,000 for the cards by selling “Straight Outta The Hot Zone” t-shirts — one of many examples of local residents doing exceptional things throughout the COVID crisis.
