Enjoy a full weekend of live performances, open studios, and other exciting cultural experiences at ArtsFest 2017.
Organized by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, ArtsFest has become a terrific annual tradition that brings thousands of residents to cultural centers throughout New Rochelle. This year, the festivities kick off with an “Arts in Oktoberfest” tasting of local brews.
