Dedicating “Twilight of Dawn.” Sculpture in the background.
New Rochelle recognizes the value of public art in shaping a culturally vibrant and attractive city center, so, over the weekend, I was pleased to help dedicate a new sculpture at Ruby Dee Park on Library Green. It’s called “Twilight of Dawn.”
Designed by the nationally-known artist R. M. Fischer, the sculpture was previously sited at the Los Angeles headquarters of Sony Studios and was recently gifted to the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (BID.)
You can read much more about the sculpture (including its solar energy features) in this full press release.
