Breaking ground for the new V Hotel.
A new boutique hotel is coming to downtown New Rochelle. We celebrated the groundbreaking for the V Hotel this morning, marking the commencement of construction. The hotel is expected to open for business by the end of 2018.
Located at 43 Church Street, about a block south of Main Street, the V Hotel will feature 80 luxury guest rooms, a full service restaurant and bar, and meeting spaces in an eight story structure. It is part of Choice Hotels’ “Ascend Collection.”
Another big step forward for New Rochelle, helping us realize our vision for a culturally and economically vibrant downtown.
