I just sent this robocall citywide:

This is the City of New Rochelle with some spring reminders about yard waste collection and alternate side parking.
Yard waste collection begins Monday, April 3rd, with the same collection days as leaf pick-up in the fall, so please refer to the Public Works information booklet or visit the City website at www.newrochelleny.com to learn the pick-up day for your neighborhood.
Also, please remember to follow yard waste collection guidelines.  Bundle twigs and branches, use open containers weighing less than 75 lbs or biodegradable paper bags – never plastic.  And please don’t put yard waste out until the night before your scheduled pickup day.
Finally, alternate side parking restrictions, which were suspended during the winter, will be enforced citywide starting April 1st.
This has been Mayor Noam Bramson.  Thank you for listening.  And enjoy the spring.
