Just about everyone in New Rochelle agrees: our city needs more high-quality retail.
To help achieve this goal, New Rochelle has retained a consulting group called Buxton Consumer Analytics to evaluate regional consumer preferences and then identify specific retailers whose business models match our local profile. Buxton will analyze both current conditions and anticipated future conditions associated with our downtown development plan.
The information gleaned from this exercise will be of great benefit to the City, bringing focus to our retail recruitment efforts and enabling us to work with developers to configure new retail space for targeted tenants.
