We’re number 37! Okay, that’s not exactly an inspiring number, but, in context, it’s pretty darn good.
The website 24/7 Wall St looked at 550 cities nation-wide with populations of 65,000 or more, then evaluated their quality of life based on factors like employment, public safety, educational attainment, restaurants and entertainment, and so forth.
New Rochelle emerged in the top 50. And, notably, New Rochelle is the only city in New York State to make the cut. Here’s the whole list.
