I was proud to join Mariano and Clara Rivera at the College of New Rochelle yesterday as they presented full scholarships to students Cheyenne Abrou and Luis Soto.
Congratulations and good luck to Cheyenne and Luis, who have worked hard for this accomplishment. And thank you again to Mariano and Clara for the latest in a long line of generous actions that have made them such valuable members of our community.
