As New Rochelle looks ahead to implementing our ambitious downtown revitalization plans, the City’s master developer at RDRXR is opening a storefront office at 247 North Avenue. It’s a nice symbol of our partnership and of RDRXR’s long-term commitment to New Rochelle’s future.
