This just in. New Rochelle has received a Planning Achievement Award from the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. The Award recognizes our Smart Growth Study, which helped lay the foundation for our downtown master development agreement.
It’s a good illustration of how careful planning and preparation can play a vital role in attracting investment and shaping communities for the better. Congratulations to the team that put together New Rochelle’s award-winning study.
