North Avenue Mile copyThere are many good reasons to run the North Avenue Mile on June 14th.

1)  It’s a fun community event that brings together friends, neighbors, and families throughout New Rochelle.

2)  How often do you get to run down the middle of North Avenue?

3)  Proceeds benefit the Campership Fund, a great local organization that provides a positive summer experience to countless youngsters.

4)  You can make fun of me for: (a) wearing American’s least stylish shorts and sneakers, (b) shuffling and wheezing my way along the route, and/or (c) collapsing – probably – at the finish line.

Whatever your motivation, sign up today.

The race kicks off at 9:00am at the corner of Paine Avenue.  The finish line is by City Hall.  And if you need some inspiration, check out this great video from last year’s race.
