Over the weekend, my son Jeremy and I went ziplining at Hunter Mountain in Greene County. Jeremy was absolutely fearless. I pretended to be. We both had a great time.
This farm stand in Saugerties on the road back was an unplanned bonus. Fresh stuff, naturally, but also shelves and shelves of mason jars containing homemade pickled items, jams, sauces, etc. (If you don’t feel like driving 100 miles for goodies, don’t forget New Rochelle’s downtown farmers’ market on Saturday, as well as the Down to Earth market by the High School on Fridays.)
