Had a great lunch yesterday at Palomino in Larchmont. It’s a new place, open for about two months, just by the Larchmont train station.

My main course was salmon with mushrooms and asparagus, surrounded by a pear-carrot puree — it was a gorgeous plate, and, unfortunately, I tore into it before remembering to take a photo.

I did, however, capture this image of my watermelon-shrimp ceviche appetizer — it had a great sweet/acid balance, and I could have gladly consumed several more portions.
