MOUNT VERNON – Westchester County Democrats gathered on the steps of Mount Vernon City Hall to publicly endorse Noam Bramson for county executive.
The New Rochelle mayor is facing off against incumbent Republican Rob Astorino.
Bramson is running on a platform that promises job creation, protection of women’s rights and increased economic development.
