Super Bowl champion Ray Rice returns home to New Rochelle this weekend and will be honored with a rally on the front steps of City Hall on Saturday, February 9 at 10:30 am Saturday, March 2 at 10:30 am.
“So many residents of New Rochelle are eager to demonstrate their admiration for Ray’s accomplishments. This community rally will be an opportunity for all of us to offer our congratulations to our hometown hero,” said Mayor Noam Bramson.
Rice has never forgotten his roots, delighting youngsters with events for New Rochelle Youth Tackle every spring and remaining an inspiration for student-athletes at New Rochelle High School.
All New Rochelle friends and fans are invited to attend on Saturday, March 2 … and to wear purple!
