Regulations Intended to Control & Limit Growth, Enhance Aesthetics

As a follow-up to the tight new restrictions recently adopted on town house development, the City Council this week passed new regulations governing multi-family zones, which provide enhanced or clarified standards for setbacks, yard sizes, minimum lot areas, and impervious surface development. These new zoning regulations were crafted with the active and vital input of a citizen committee composed of neighborhood leaders and activists.
