Connect-CTY Can Reach Residents Via Telephone Or Email
This week, the City of New Rochelle launched a new emergency notification system, called Connect-CTY, that will enable us to relay important and time-sensitive information to New Rochelle residents, either city-wide or in targeted areas, via telephone or email in a matter of minutes. This new service will be utilized to better coordinate responses to security threats and weather events, and to better inform residents about quality of life matters, such as storm-related adjustments in our sanitation schedule. Listed telephone numbers are automatically included, but residents and businesses have the options of registering additional contact information, including cell numbers and email addresses.
