Draft Environmental Impact Statement Available On-Line

The City is reviewing plans for a major mixed-used development on the site of the existing Church-Division municipal parking garage. The project is proposed to include some 438 luxury condominium apartments (with 5% to be reserved at affordable sale price) in a thirty-nine story tower, with 44,000 square feet of new retail space, and approximately an acre of parkland and plazas, including a direct pedestrian link to Main Street. In addition, the developer proposes to construct an 859 space parking garage on the site of the existing Prospect Street surface lot, representing a net increase of some 140 spaces available to the public.
