Now Showing On Channel 75 — Full Text Available Below
On Thursday, March 16, I had the pleasure of delivering my first State of the City Address. The forty-five minute speech featured a wide-ranging set of goals aimed at strengthening our economy and quality of life, including specific proposals related to urban planning, environmental protection, historic preservation, youth and senior services, communications, and volunteerism. I will be working with our staff, Council colleagues, and interested residents to implement these proposals in the months ahead. New Rochelle residents can view the speech in its entirety on Channel 75 at 1:00pm and 7:00pm every day through next Monday. If you are interested, the full text of my speech is available on my website. Journal News coverage of the speech can be viewed here, and New Rochelle Sound Report coverage of the speech can be downloaded if you register. Finally, a web video of the speech will be available beginning late next week on the City’s website, www.newrochelleny.com.
